All handcrafted candles cannot be returned and refunded as they are made to order.
Home Decor and Accessories
For returns and refunds on home decor and accessories, the following conditions apply:

Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days via email after the return shipment is received, excluding original and return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Damaged Items
​If you receive damaged items, please contact us via email at info.lunvcreations@gmail.com and provide photo evidence within 3 days after order delivery to receive a replacement. Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery day.
Final Sale Items
Items listed as final sale are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
